A Cutting-Edge Approach to Online Education

Dr. Peter Bemski

Dean of the School of Business and Technology Management

As a private, regionally accredited institution, Northcentral University offers a unique approach to earning a graduate degree. The fully online university features a one-to-one teaching model and 100% of faculty have doctoral degrees. Weekly course starts allow working professionals from around the world to take advantage of more than a dozen NCU degree programs and hundreds of specializations in business, technology, education, psychology, and more.

“We believe that you can personalize education, resulting in a tailored experience for each student,” stated Dean of the School of Business and Technology Management, Dr. Peter Bemski. It comes as no surprise that this teaching model has led to numerous alumni success stories.

Embracing Technology at the School of Business and Technology Management

With longstanding traditional business degrees at the bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral levels, Northcentral University’s School of Business and Technology Management is exploring new technology-focused programs, with a variety of cutting-edge specializations. Northcentral continually updates its programs to meet changing industry needs.

Making Connections

As an online institution, Northcentral University prioritizes networking and encourages students to participate in The Commons, a private online network of interest-specific communities for Northcentral students. Students make connections and discuss topics in specialized groups that range from a Women’s Business Association to homeland security and accounting.

Dean Bemski, who has worked in China, Brazil, and Mexico and speaks fluent Spanish and Portuguese, believes that welcoming more international students is a way to benefit and diversify the Northcentral student body. “I believe that education has to include our neighbors, and we are all neighbors. That’s the future of the world,” Dr. Bemski stated.

Northcentral University has students currently enrolled from 41 countries, and seeks to expand its international network with initiatives such as professor exchanges and short-term intensive programs for international students in the U.S. Students interested in learning more about the international admissions process can learn more here.
